ABSTRACT In this paper it contains the reflection about our fieldtrip in MMDA or metropolitan manila development authority office located at EDSA corner at Makati City.

INTRODUCTION
Metropolitan Manila Development Authority MMDA or Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is an agency that created embracing the cities of Manila, Quezon City Caloocan, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Marikina, Muntinlupa, LasPiñas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Malabon, Taguig, Navotas and San Juan and the municipality of Pateros. Metropolitan Manila or the National Capital Region is constituted into a special development and administrative region subject to direct supervision of the President of the Philippines. The MMDA office is located at EDSA corner Makati City. The MMDA or Metropolitan Manila Development Authority performs planning, monitoring and coordinative functions, and in the process exercise regulatory and supervisory authority over the delivery of metro-wide services within Metro Manila without diminution of the autonomy of the local government units concerning purely local matters.
REFLECTION
It is my first time that I get in at MMDA office. One of their officer teach us some information about (CCTV) Closed Circuit Television Camera, Flood Control Plans and Weather guidelines. In flood control the Agency continued dredging operations in the 11 districts of Metro Manila. And they conducted reclogging of manholes, canals and drainages in eight areas of Metro Manila. The Agency maximized the use of available equipment such as Serco machines, vacuums, water tankers, set manual scrapers, and dump trucks.
They teach us about the disaster awareness. The people are advised to monitor the latest severe weather
