Iyanla Vanzant is a world renowned life coach who has built her success by, helping individuals face their reality so that they can have more full-filling lives. Creative thinking, communication skills, being attentive, analytical and open-minded are all key factors to Iyanla's success.

As a life coach, inspirational speaker, and author, Iyanla is still able to make a connection. Iyanla Vanzant has made appearances on Oprah and is now a life coach on her show Iyanla: Fix My Life. For example, on her show Iyanla: Fix My Life; a mother and her daughter were discussing their issues that they had for one another. With both of them, Iyanla would restate their feelings with a question. This process allowed each of them to know that she understands and that she is listening effectively. Another strength that Iyanla is demonstrating is creative thinking. Iyanla looks for different outcomes that would be beneficial for each person.
