JROTC Drill Team Leader
One word to describe myself would be leadership. As the commander of my high school’s JROTC Drill Team, and the President of the National Technical Honor Society I have had many occasions where I had to step out of my comfort zone and take control of situations. Before joining JROTC I did not know what being a great leader was, but after becoming a squad leader I realized I needed to step out of my comfort zone and be the great leader that my squad deserves. Now three years later I am now the Drill Team commander, which I absolutely love being. I love being a guide for others, to be a supporter for them as they go through difficulty. Many meat packaging companies like yours, are there for processing meat from the animals such as pigs, cows, chicken, turkey, and so on. People may think that the meat that people buy from the market are safe, but what they don't know is the fact that sometimes even the meat on the floor are packaged with the clean meat. The fact is, regulations are needed for this problem, because without regulations many people will become sick. This is a great problem, thus it is my opinion that a solution is necessary. In my opinion a class should be started for all the worker at your factory, and they should be taught that meat that are on the floor should not be packaged with the good meet. The bad meat should first be cleaned before being re packaged, thus resulting in less problematic sickness from unclean meat. Once the meat is cleaned, there will be a significantly depletion of people dying from the food that they eat. You may think that this will be expensive to do, the fact is it won't really cost that much. In fact, all you have to do is find one of the many managers that you already have hired to do the teaching. Finally, it is important that you know that if you adopt this proposal, it will not only save many lives, but you will also be able to raise your met value thus increasing your income.…

But I was able to learn more about teamwork and leadership. The curriculum consists of practical exercises that directly target an individual’s leadership and character. JROTC has taught me what I would not have learned in any other class in high school. Cadets have overcome fears and have formed lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories. Overall, they have found JROTC has molded a sense of character within them just it has for me.…

Breaking down my leadership qualities and traits and what kind I am the first thing that always comes to mind, is that I am one who still has a lot to learn and many skills to develop. Yes, I know that all of that will come with time but it remains a lingering thought letting me know that there is always room for constant improvement. That being said I would like to consider myself as a transactional leader. I greatly enjoy getting involved and checking in to ensure things are getting done right when the occasion calls for it. To include the added bonus of handing out rewards to the individuals that worked day in and day out to uphold and meet or exceed the standards I set and agree with them on.…

There are five specific skills that I am both good at and like which is leadership, motivate, counsel, multitask and deal with feelings. When stating that I am good at leadership is because it’s a great way to show others a positive path to follow. To illustrate, I demonstrated leadership when I was in high school since I was president of the Health Academy. The positive leadership moves persuaded and motivated my classmates and underclassmen to follow my steps. Although being president of the health academy was very time consuming I managed to multi-task. There was a point that being a president of the Health Academy made me feel confused and had to deal with my emotions outside of the Academy. Since I did not want others to feel sorrowful…
