Jack And Ralph Leadership Analysis
Ralph’s leadership is based on order, development, and productive leadership. However, Jack’s leadership is based on savagery and hunting. As a result, Ralph is considered more responsible while Jack is the more appealing. The endless conflict between Jack and Ralph represents the conflict that exists in human beings. The conflict of either living and being restrained by the rules or living just to please one’s desires, act aggressively, and impose one’s will.
