Its a great pleasure to present this report of summer training in JCB at Ballabhgarh in partial fulfillment of B.Tech Programme under Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology,Hissar. At the outset, I would like to express my immense gratitude to my training guide Mr. Mahender Singh Negi who guided me right from the inception till the successful completion of the training. The company is JCB (Joseph Cyril Bamford Excavators Limited).It s founder is Joseph Cyril Bamford (1916-2001). Who always followed the motto : You know my motto from my initials J.C.-Jamals Content-that s very very much me.I am never content.
