Jeffrey Dahmer is a man who terrorized African American males throughout Wisconsin. Dahmer had a happy childhood with two loving parents, Lionel and Joyce. Dahmer had a surgery to correct a double hernia, after the surgery he became withdrawn and antisocial. As a teenager, Dahmer was tense and friendless. This is one of the reasons he had a compulsion toward necrophilia and murder. His parents also divorced which also impacted him to become a serial killer. The first murder happened June 1978 with an African American hitchhiker named Steven Hicks .Dahmer got the man drunk and strangled him.
