Jennie Finch Leadership Qualities

Every leader has an opportunity to shape some part of society but it is the skills and qualities they possess that determines how effective their part in society will be. Many leaders are not effective because they do not possess the right leadership qualities. A leader should be dedicated, enduring, and supportive in order to be effective in addition to many other qualities. Danielle Elaine Lawrie was born on April 11, 1987 in Canada. She is a fastpitch softball pitcher, teammate, mother, and wife. Danielle is a 2010 NPF champion, 2011 and 2012 NPF regular season champion, and a 2011 All-NPF Pitcher. Being supportive is an important quality in being an effective leader because things don’t always go the desired way. Being supportive when things don’t turn out a certain way helps people look up to leaders. “She was snubbed from the All-Star team. Lawrie had to deal with a coach dismissing her talent.
