Jeremy Fink Sparknotes
In the book, “Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life”, Jeremy has a box that his father had made for him. Jeremy wants to unlock the box with the four keys required to open, but he does not have them. Over the course of the summer, Jeremy and his best friend Lizzy go on a long adventure to find every key to figure out what is inside of the box his father left of his after he died. They overcome many obstacles in their journey, but it was all worth it in the end.

The adventure that Jeremy went on the entire summer to find out what was in the box with everyone's help, only to find out that everyone that helped him was in on a plan that his father set up, was honestly not much of a surprise to me. Consider the fact, that quite a few people were

Why I think this is because, as he was trying to find that last key to the box, before he could get it, many things got in the way. But he pushed each one out of the way so he could achieve his goal. And as soon as he finally got to his goal, I feel like he changed a little bit.

He had known more and he so many experiences with so many people. If I was in Jeremy’s shoes, I would not only be completely shocked by what Mr. Ozwald told me, but I would also feel like I was really special to my father for him to go through all that trouble for me.

In my opinion, I do think that this experience has better helped Jeremy to deal with his father’s death. Everything that everyone had done to help send Jeremy on the crazy adventure, all because his father wanted him to have it, is pretty amazing. His father really must have loved him if he went through all that trouble for this experience for Jeremy. It really changed Jeremy in many

Different events are not making sense like the once did before and it leaves the audience questioning what is truly occurring. However, once we discover that Tyler is a figment of the narrator’s imagination, everything becomes clear. Without the point of view of the narrator, the audience would not have seen the psychological problems the narrator faced as he did, but rather have quickly thought that he was crazy. If this was done it would not have had the same impact it has on the audience. Also, a revolving theme in the film is isolation. This could have ultimately led to his need to create Tyler because he felt as if he was not living his life to the fullest potential and he did not feel happy with himself. Towards the end of the film he found someone who made him lose sense of that, Marla, and no longer needed Tyler, which led Narrator to end…

He realizes he’s only a kid and shouldn’t be witnessing this whole ordeal. Still in mind the lost keys, the solution to his problems are still concealed by the darkness of the lakes vicinity. “ The Keys are his ticket to avoidance. With the keys in his possession , this episode will mean nothing; he may ignore any and all carcasses.” (Walker, 5) This is obviously understandable, but if the narrator didn’t fumbled the keys then growth and experience wouldn’t be learned from his recently degrading action.
