Problem-Solution Case Report 1. Statement of Problems
Jessops was a leading photographic retailer operating from over 200 stores in the UK. The company operates in two main sectors, hardware and services. However, the sales of traditional film prints and digital prints are declining by 30% and 10% a year respectively. Therefore, the purpose of this case study is to analyse the problems on political, economic, social and technological factors and suggest some solutions on these factors. 2. Analysis of Data
Traditional printing from film has decreased in the UK. The new market for digital printing poses a challenge to Jessops. This section aims to analysis from political, economic, social and technological factors. 2.1 Political Factors
All business need to comply with the law. One of the environment laws is that these old electronic product need to recycle in order to reduce the electronic waste. Therefore, Jessops have to obey the law and decreasing the impact of environment will be seen more popular by customers.
2.2 Economic Factors
