• Develop and present various strategic process control for decision-making executives to ascertain consistency, predictability, and stability. Along with providing information when to implore the appropriate tool. Incorporate Six Sigma process which included, P chart, x and r bar
charts.

• Review and analyze clients operation to restore brand name by using the operation consulting tool kit. While using the kit and staying focus on the company’s primary objective. Therefore, I gather, organized raw data from customers, employees and managers to define the problem(s). Upon defining the problem(s), I discover the best avenue(s) measure, improve, and implement procedures for the organization to adhere their targeted audience demands. Along with providing ways for sustainability. Also while utilizing the operations consulting tool kit, I was able to provide ways for organization to realize SWOT for both the company and their competitors.
• Completing operations forecasting (analyze, evaluate compared and contrast) for quantitative forecast, then determine which forecast model is better for the appropriate department. This process includes: o Simple moving average o Weight moving average o Exponential smoothing with trend o Linear regression o Trend and seasonal
