Theresa Geise, a resident of Kenhorst and a mother of two children, has many things to tell and I was lucky enough to be at the other end of her storytelling.
I know Theresa as simply ‘grandma’. I interviewed her about the JFK assassination, a tragic moment in american history where President John F. Kennedy was shot and killed in his own limousine in Dallas, Texas, November 22, 1963. The JFK assassination had an effect similar to the effect 9/11 had in 2001.
With such an intense moment ingrained in Theresa's mind, there is no doubt that she has a great tale about witnessing history when it was reality.
Theresa found herself at her high school when it happened, a catholic school called St. Agnes, located in Towanda, PA. She was in the last graduating class at St. Agnes, a tiny class of 12 comprised of 6 boys and 6 girls.

“The scariest moment I’ve experienced before the JFK assassination was a when I angered Sister Julie. I was in math class when I decided to throw a paper airplane at Sister Julie. Frowning at my horrible act of mischief, she looked like she was going to blow steam out of her ears. I was really scared because my parents got really mad whenever I got into any kind of trouble.
