Upon arriving, Gladwin was quick to requested a spot volunteering at the laundry service. After several weeks of studying the trucks schedules, and finding a gap in which no guards would be around, with impeccable timing, after dinner, Gladwin had just seconds to sneak into the large laundry cart that he knew would be loaded onto the next truck into town. Once stowed away in the truck, all Gladwin had to do was sit and wait for the truck to drive away from the jail. The manhunt has started throughout florida, and the chief of police, George Brown, assures the public that it is their “main priority to catch this dangerous and violent individual, and bring him to justice”, (for a second time). All inmates in contact with Gladwin have reassured the police that none of them knew his intentions, and as Brown established “although Gladwin has no living family, or close friends left in Florida, he is believed to still be hiding out in the Miami area.” A handsome reward of $50,000 is being offered in exchange for useful and precise details of where Gladwin is hiding
