John Trump Accomplishments
Donald John Trump was brought into this world as the fourth child to the parents of Frederick C. and Mary MacLeod Trump in 1946 on June 14 in Queens, New York City. He Had four other siblings, Fred Jr., Robert S. Trump, Maryanna Trump, and Barry Elizabeth. His father had a construction business that Trump helped with over the summers as a young boy. His brother Fred Jr. wanted to be a pilot but ended up being an alcoholic and passing away at forty-three years old. “I never had a glass of alcohol in my life,” Trump said in a CNN interview, citing Fred’s experiences as to why he never drank ("Donald Trump’s Early Years from Trouble-making Teen to Military School Star."). His mother was an immigrant but with an occupation that was a maid or domestic. Frederick Trump had a huge influence on Trump but his own personal goals were bigger.

The business was called Elizabeth Trump & Son, he got control of it and renamed it Trump Organization. The large amount of profits that could be made in Manhattan because Trump became involved in large building projects. He used winning public recognition and attractive architectural design.
One of Trump’s successful businesses that are still going good today is the Grand Hyatt Hotel. This hotel is thirty-four stories high that is located in the middle of New York City. This hotel started to fail so in 1974 he bought this hotel from Penn Central Railroad. Grand Hyatt Hotel has a reflecting glass facade. Yet after being under construction for six years it is still a successful hotel today.
Trump Tower is another successful business of Trump’s. While this building being forty-eight stories high this one is a success today also.
