Joogle Maps: A Short Story
In the year 2052, a rich businessman and his wife lived peacefully. They had a château anyone would dream of, equipped with the latest technology. The man even had two “kids” he had purchased a few years ago.

Sadly, the Q.U.A.N., an organism he was working for, fired him. His assets were decreasing, his expenses increasing and he could no longer afford to take care of Mhelizza and Bhriahn.

One night, he went to his wife's room to share his plan.

"My little lover-cat, we have to ger rid of the kids," Robert said.

"But sweetie, who will clean my jewelry?" his wife replied.

The old man had tried everything, nut even after all these years he still wasn't able to control his reflexes.

His nose scrunched up in disgust because of the stench

Little did they know that the kids were still awake, playing on their new VR27.

Even the high adrenaline hadn't stopped them from hearing the hushed voices.

But, thankfully, they came up with a solution: use a trusted app called Joogle Maps.

The next day, the two adults awoke their respective slaves and told them they were headed for a walk in the woods.

Bhriahn remembered yesterday's discussion and hid his pink iPhone L in the back pocket of his trousers.

As time went by, the family was heading deeper into the forest.

When the sun set down, Robert took out a box.

"Sweet Jesus, are these the Jeezy 1075 Giraffe?" the little boy asked.

His father threw the sneakers down a ravine, and as expected, the two kids followed, chasing after them like rabid dogs.

Now go give some Doristos to your sister."

The young boy took a big of chips and started pushing them one at a time under the door.

This little feeding session went on for weeks, and every day Mhelizza became fatter, because of the 5752 calories that she was eating.

One day, the witch knocked at her door and told her to show her a finger.

Mhelizza, confused about what was happening, showed her a charging cable instead. Apparently, the witch had bad vision, since she blamed her inability to gain weight on the teen's fast metabolism.

She couldn't wait any longer, hunger was driving her crazy, so she decided to settle for the skinny boy instead.

The witch heated up the oven to 1075 and told him to go inside to clean it, using the sweetest voice she could. What she didn't know was, that he liked to watch old horror movies.

"Sweet God, I watched "The Visit" like five times!" he said before pushing her in the burning oven and closing the door, trapping her inside.

He ran to the room where his sibling was kept and broke down the door. He almost didn't recognize her: she looked like a fatter version of Rob

“Extraordinary body postures, inexplicable pains, deafness, numbness, and blindness, meaning I was babbling, refusal to eat, destructive and self-destructive behavior…” Witchcraft was common in the 16th and 17th centuries. In 1692, in Salem, Massachusetts a slave named Tituba was the first “witch” accused. This accusation came about when two younger girls and Tituba, their fathers slave, attempted to see into the future through an egg white. When they looked in the egg white they supposedly saw a coffin and began displaying the symptoms of being possessed, or being overcome by the ‘devil’. When she was accused she confessed she was guilty and also confessed to there being other witches. There are many alleged causes to the Salem Witch Trials such as undiagnosed encephalitis, paranoia, and an unjust class structure because of heightened religious beliefs. Little did she know this would start a mass hysteria of witchcraft and cause excessive paranoia in Salem Massachusetts.…

The concern about witches in Salem began when a group of young girls, Betty Parris, Abigail Williams, and Ann Putnam Jr., began to throw their “fits”; hiding under furniture making odd noises, contorting in pain and unnatural bodily movements. Without a doubt the girls had to be examined. When doctors couldn’t find a physical explanation to what had been occurring, they were diagnosed as being bewitched. They later named three women as those who had been hurting them; Tituba, the Parris’ slave, Sarah Good, a poor beggar, and Sarah Osborne, who had a legal altercation with the Putnam…
