Jordan’s Department Company offers a wide variety of designer clothing for men, women, and children at very affordable prices. Our designer dresses come in various colors and styles for your everyday business attire to evening wear. Our company offers over one hundred different styles of affordable designer purses in vast colors, styles, and shapes. Our company is known for our extensive shoe department that caters to men, women, and children; we offer a broad range of colors and styles for all age groups. Our men’s department offers a wide range of men casual, suits, and more, in the children departments, there is a vast majority of clothing to select from, from dressy to casual. Jordan’s Department Company also have an enormous lining, bedding, as well as a jewelry department. Additionally, we also offer our valued customers an opportunity to do their shopping online. We currently have ten department stores in different cities throughout the United States.

It started with a hard- hitting statement that the HR dedication to the company was to provide the highest quality of customer service delivered with a sense of friendliness and warmth. After reading the opening sentence of the HR Mission Statement, I was impressed the moment I read the statement. Customer service skills are very imperative in the success of any business or company. After reading all three-mission statements before I begun to compare and contrast the HR Mission Statements samples, I feel as though sample two is the most effective, strong, hard-hitting, and clearest of the three HR Mission Statements. It also provided other pertinent information regarding the mission of human resource that I also felt was beneficial for the HR to convey in the mission
