Jose Andres Research Paper
Jose Andres is a well know chef from Spain. Andres owns about ten restaurants in the United States of America. Some are certain foods like Greek. Some are fusion foods like in his restaurant China Poblano, which combines Chinese and Mexican food. Jose Andres has also worked on television. Jose Andres is famous, because of his appearances in television and through him writing his own books. Some television shows he’s been in are, Vamos a cocinar, which went from 2005 through 2007. Vamos a Cocinar means let’s cook and it was aired on Spanish television. Other shows are Iron Chef America, Made in Spain, Top Chef Judge and Andres appeared as a guest on Anthony Bourdain: no reservations. The books he has written are ,Tapas: A Taste of
