In an interview with ABC 13, Joseph Palmore narrated how his mother was just getting her hair done at a Minneapolis beauty salon when a man outside just began shooting. The bullet hit the back of her head, pushing her out of her seat and on the floor.
Yolande Herron-Palmore, the co-founder of Kainos Community Church and counseling ministry Restored Peace Ministries, reportedly said she thought she was already dead. However, she was amazed when she was able to lift her head.
