Media access is the right for the public have access to anything published in the media including videos, newspaper articles, podcasts, etc. and in my opinion it is good for the public to be able to see into the life of someone that may vote for as the leader our country. 5. Define POLITICAL CONSULTANT. If you were George W. Bush’s political consultant, would you have released this movie prior to the 2000 election? Explain why or why not.
- A political consultant refers to a specific management which has grown up around advising and assisting political campaigns. Their most important job is to keep voters up to date with candidate’s activities and to gain voters. If I was Bush’s political consultant I would not have released the video due to the fact that it allows us the people to see the true George Bush. Not only does it allow more of a personal idea of Bush but it also made home seem like he was only on it for the popularity and that would have definitely lost voters for him, Bush.
