Judy Hopps was a rabbit who has wanted to become a cop since she was a bunny, but the problem was that she was too small and most other animals were at least twice her size. Judy didn’t let that stop her, she graduated, became the first rabbit cop, and she felt like she could do anything. That’s exactly what she did when she was assigned to parking enforcement instead of on the field like she wanted. To prove she could do anything Judy took on a case of a missing otter that seemed really simple at first, but became much larger when the otter was part of a large missing animals case.
