Jungian Typology Analysis
Upon the completion of the Jungian Typology in the eLearning resource web-text, receiving the highest score of sixty-five percent, in moderate preference of feeling over thinking. Consequently, a true reflection of my personality; as I'm consistently reacting and/or situations from an emotional view point, never logically thinking of the potential consequences of my action. Learning this helped me to realize that balancing my feeling and thinking logically the low score of fourth-five on the productive assessment would increase tremendously. According to the assessment, forty-five is considered to be on the right track with productivity efforts. However, I could probably get sufficiently increase my productivity level, if I'm to run a company near future. …show more content…
Jungian Typology showed me that to successfully manage a company, balance is the key not only to the business world but your personal life as well. Sharing this information with my family, sure not to enclose the complete assessment results. My husband agreed however, he pointed out "I'm a very private person", in which he was right, preference of Introversion over extroversion receiving twenty-five percent. I find this to be an issue when it comes to my courses. I would complete all my assignments but when it came to the discussion post, I lacked in communication there, decreasing productivity level in my overall education.     Self assessments have been used widely in recent decades. The usefulness and truthfulness of these assessments depend entirely upon the user. Utilizing a self assessment tool for the betterment of self is the goal of this report. In this report, I have completed 3 different self assessments to analyze myself. The first assessment that will be discussed is the Jung Personality Test. The next one will be the Team Role Preference Survey followed by the Work Locus of Control Survey. Each of these surveys focuses on various behavioural and personality traits. The Jung Personality Test focuses on four principal physiological functions by which we view the world: feeling, intuition, sensation, and thinking. The team Role Preference Survey is geared towards identifying an individual's preferred roles in meetings and team activities. The Work Locus of Control is designed to determine control beliefs in the workplace. The results obtained from the three surveys indicated predominantly what I already knew about myself. My teamwork ability and my interpersonal skills allow me to be an effective mediator.
