Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to show the negative effects of eating a lot of junk food. There are several negative effects because of eating junk food without having control. There are three main negative effects which they are getting obesity because of the high amount of sugar and trans fat in the junk food, having diabetes later on due to the high amount of sugar and artificial flavors in the junk food, and heart diseases which is the most dangerous negative effect. Lack of health awareness in the society about the seriousness of junk food and lack of self-control in having junk food are the main causes of the spread of these negative effects among people. People who are fond of eating junk food have to replace the junk food with vegetables and salads which will benefit their body and improve the performance of it in strengthening the immune system of the body.

The Negative Effects of Eating Junk Food
All over the world there has been much discussion about the negative effects of eating a lot of junk food. Nowadays, junk food is the most popular food among people all over the world. People in the social web sites such as, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram always show some pictures and information about the negative effects of eating junk food without having control on it. Nutritionists and doctors say that eating too much junk food will affect badly on health in many ways in having diseases and having unhealthy body. However, some people who are fond of eating this kind of food do not care for advices and reconditions from nutritionists which show that they will be in bad situation in the future if they kept on this way. There are three main negative effects of eating a lot of junk food such as, obesity, diabetes, and heart diseases.
The first and the most dangerous negative effect of eating a lot of junk food is having obesity. Nutritionists say that obesity is one of the main health problems which lead to several fatal diseases in the future.
