Jail wouldn't be a great place for youth, because the kids would be more likely to get more problems when they return to society. Adolescents would be more likely to do something illegal. If a teenager commits a cold blood murder, they aren´t just destroying their lives but lives of the victims and their families. But on the other hand, how can killing children be a better option that trying to help them, “executing children is immoral and uncivilized.” ("Arguments For and Against the Juvenile Death Penalty.) When jail isn't the best option, we, as society of liberty and freedom, should be able to find a better solution to help the children. In fact, "with the exception of Somalia, the United States is the only country in the world that still executes juveniles.” (Arguments For and Against the Juvenile Death Penalty). If these children get the right education and if somebody shows the right way how to solve anger problems, etc, these children can turn out to very good adults, that are needed in the society and society will be likely to live with them and to integrate them. Although murder is not ok, but by all means we should give second chance’s to those who couldn't contain their anger that caused them to lash out and
