She has also found turning off and on the light at the exact same time-to the minute- every night has proven to significantly increase restfulness and focus for the next day. Social needs also vary from patient to patient but everyone should at least eat meals with their families. Making this a habit can help kids eat healthier foods, increases the kids’ abilities to “just say no”, increase the kids’ grades and decreases stress levels for everyone. For an experiment involving high school students and teachers partaking in planned schedules for nutrition, exercise, sleep, social health, happiness and spirituality, a waiver should be written to secure the well-being of the participants. The waiver should include the procedure, the alternative (to not do it), risks (common side effects may include headaches, nausea, light headedness, mood changes, irritability, bowel changes, etc.), and contact info if any issues came
