Introduction
One of the same multilateral security structures on the Eurasian continent is the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Founded originally as a political union of the five countries, which has set a goal to resolve the border issues in the area of the former Soviet-Chinese border, today, the SCO has developed into a full-fledged multilateral framework. In a short period of its existence, the organization formed a legal framework and established extensive international connections, ensuring regional security at all levels in the central Asia. Central Asia, being in the center of the Eurasian continent, is not the focal point of a compound of the Eurasian continent and the Middle East. Recently, in the process of formation of new relationships between the independent states of Central Asia are taking more and more important security issues in the region. Since in 2001 was created the SCO cooperation of its member countries in various fields, including strategic, stable development, political trust has reached a high level. The results cover a number of important areas of cooperation, such as politics, safety, economy and humanitarian sphere. In the field of political cooperation agreements were signed on Confidence Building in the Military Field in the Border Area, and on the mutual reduction of armed forces in the border area, which has strengthened the mutual trust between the Member States of the SCO. With the deepening of bilateral and multilateral political and economic relations in the framework of the SCO border issues between its member countries left over by history, if they were not fully resolved, most of the problems.
