People may not believe us but, through our actions and constant communication they will understand how serious we are about this issue and how quickly we want to resolve the issue to get back to our business. We want to get a public relations firm involved because they have outside independent influence and can give a different perspective to the public and stakeholders. We also need an external audit firm for examination of our financial records. For future financial statements the external audit firm will publish our financial records as they should already for the SEC. Even if we have nothing to hide and no material inaccuracy was made the public will assume Keller, Inc’s guilt and wrong doing. Without sufficient details of the facts the public will make assumptions. We need to get all the facts and communicate as much as we can through our independent audit and public relations teams. The press release will let the public know now of our intentions, before media stipulations get involved. The public will worry about our financial stability and our ability as a going concern. Public opinion may not agree with our attitudes but, we should do everything we can to calm nerves. With well informed and active leaders, the public and others need to and will find confidence in our Keller, Inc.’s leadership. Keller, Inc. leaders can stay informed by meeting regularly with the auditors, public relations team, and lawyers.
