SUBJECT: CONVERTING DESKTOP QUICKBOOKS CLIENTS TO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
Mr. Williams
In the past, we have been selling the QuickBooks desktop version at a discounted rate to our clients. The QuickBooks desktop version has its limitations and backing up files is tedious and unreliable. The data becomes corrupted when information is backed up and restored on our end. This causes time and money for us as well as our clients to retrieve necessary data.
At our next meeting, I will present an alternative option for our firm, QuickBooks Online Edition. The conversion is easy and takes very little time. Here are some examples of QuickBooks Online Edition:
Automatically schedules and sends invoices.
Work from PC, Mac, Smartphones, or tablets at any time.
Instant file access for accountants.
Connect to 300+ cloud based apps.
Automatically download your bank transactions.
Phone Support.
Automatic back up with bank-level security.
Access to latest product and feature updates.
Cloud access (hosting).
Access for up to 5 users
At Mackenzie Bookkeeping Services, we like to provide our clients with the latest Accounting software and Accounting support. We only offer software that keeps security with financial data, a top priority.
At first, I was concerned about our client reluctances to change their software but after carefully reviewing the product myself I think we can get them to switch. The savings plus our firm walking them through the transition.
I look forward to discussing this further in our meeting. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
A few Reasons to transfer to QuickBooks Online
