KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) is the new restaurant in town. I have created the some information about the KFC. While doing so, I have received, in addition to the compliment, a lot of suggestions from students, customer of the KFC, teachers. So much have their inputs helped me in taking this report to the top level.
In particular I am indebted to My marketing Teacher( Deep Baral) who had given me lots of idea about this Subject matter and he had faith me in doing this. This Subject matter shows the present condition of KFC in Nepal. I trust that with this collective acumen, all the matter would e correct. I value the work that they did a lot. Any errors, omissions or inconsistencies that are remain are, alas , my responsibility.
I thank to my family members who support me for doing the report. And finally my heartfelt gratitude to the countless students .who helped me for preparing the reports. I want to remain in their debt. It is only because of them that KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) has been finished.

I can remember when I was little the closest Chick-Fil-A to our home was the one on Cox Creek Parkway in front of the mall in Florence. Anytime we were in Florence I would beg my parents to take me thru the drive thru because I loved the Chick-Fil-A kids meal as well as the toy that came with it. Chick-Fil-A restaurants have been appealing to me ever since I was little so since then I have been a loyal customer of Chick-Fil-A. I have also always been interested in knowing how Chick-Fil-A always has had a huge customer base and every time I went to eat at a Chick-Fil-A, it seemed to always be crowded so that tells me that their marketing department is definitely doing something right because their restaurants are doing great business. The world’s largest burger chain developed one of the most challenging initiatives by expanding its business to India. McDonalds was definitively taking huge risks by pursuing a market with a different culture such as India. However, McDonalds has been able to adapt its menu and restaurant operations because they understood Indian Culture since the beginning. Because many people in India are vegetarians due to religious reasons McDonalds formulated special products to carter Indian culture and palate. To compete with other foreign fast foods which are coming to China in the near future, KFC should consider backward integration. KFC may set up its own farm to raise its own chickens and other major ingredients in order to control the quality and safety of the materials. This farm will be the only supplier for all the franchised KFC stores in China in order to control the quality and standards of foods. KFC should also set up training center. All the employees should be trained here and hence, to control the quality of the services in different stores. Nevertheless, in order to gain customers trust and loyalty, KFC should also focus on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to show its concern of brining the best quality foods to customers while…

India being one the diverse countries of the world with a lot of different cultures all mixed up living as one. It is the seventh-largest country by geographical area, and the second-most populous country with over 1.2 billion people, and also the most populous democracy in the world. As of 2011, with an estimated population of 1.21 billion, India is the world 's second most populated country after China. The Indian history goes way back to the time when the Englishmen’s ruled over India and once called it “The Golden Sparrow” and that saying has emerged to be true as India, now as we see it, has become a developed nation from a developing nation. With a total of 28 states and 7 union territories, India has changed a lot cultural-wise as well as architectural-wise. All these states played their own crucial role in building up India’s reputation to this high level. A lot of changes could be seen in India which were not to be seen as of 20 years from now. Out of all these states, I believe that Punjab has played, if not more but equally, important role in the development. Since Punjab is a big state so specifically talking I would say Jalandhar city, after Chandigarh, has been one of the main cities to put an impact on the Indian development. As of 2011 census, Punjab has a total population of 27,704,236…
