Kim Jong Un is by far the worst dictator on this list, not only because he has an unsound mind, but because he, and those who came before him, have destroyed any chance of anyone helping the country. Through the years, Kim Jong Un has been known for doing and saying inane things, i.e. communicating with dolphins, not pooping, and executing those who do not agree with him, and will continue doing these things until his death or the death of his country. Yet, the real problem lies with the people.
The people of North Korea are living in some of the harshest conditions. They are malnourished, dehydrated, diseased, and completely ignorant to the world around them. Even if a country were to dispose of Kim Jong Un and take control of the country, they may be able to cure the sick and feed the hungry, but they will never be able to reverse the years of brainwashing and withheld information that has kept them isolated from the outside world. From birth, citizens of North Korea have been told to obey every order from their Supreme Leader, Kim Jong Un, and that everything good in their lives is a direct blessing from him. He has injured so many and is targeting populated places on purpose. But he only cares for power, and not his people, the people he should be protecting instead of bombing. Yet, being number three should not mean that what he is doing is less horrible than what the others are, even though that is almost exactly what it is supposed to mean.
