The Grail was first described by Chretien de Troyes. He described it as a bowl or dish. Since then many authors have written stories about the Grail and where it could be or is now. One such story is that the Templar knights took it from the Middle East during the crusades.

A Knight by the name of Sir Galahad was the only person who was pure enough at heart to see and to find the grail. He found the grail and returned it to Camelot and to his King Arthur. After he had retrieved the Grail he died shortly after so the he could remain pure. After King Arthur had the Holy Grail in his possession he and his knights continued to crusade the holy land in search of more items. It is the official Chalice of the Catholic Church.
This next one is interesting in a mountain range in Catalonia, Spain there is a castle named Santa Maria de Montserrat or Munsalvaesche also known as Corbenic, it is said that under the church grounds or somewhere else on the island is said to be the location of the Holy Grail. If that is the case the Grail will probably never be found because the mountain s huge and it is very rough terrain.
