Born in England in 1452, King Richard III was not famous and well known for his services to England as their King rather; he was best known for being accused of murdering his two nephews to protect his throne. He was involved with lots of murders including lots of his family. These corrupt actions let the critics label Richard III as a villain. Murders of innocent people is not an action exclusive to a terrible hero such as Richard III. Peoples commonly accepted as terrible heroes such as Othello, Macbeth, and Hamlet also murdered innocent characters because of their ways. All of these people has been charged with murder innocent people. But, they are still accepted as terrible heroes. There should not be any difficulty in accepting Richard III as a horrible hero who commits many murders of innocent characters because of psychotic ways. Indeed, Richard III does commit many evil acts in the play—but these evil acts do not hold him back him from qualifying as an Aristotelian tragic hero. Richard III is a man of great image who suffers a breakdown due to his awful behavior proves he’s the villain. Richard III’s behavior are also the result of tragic hurt and evilness family and peers had towards him. The family was so worried that he was going to get killed when he treated people so bad. His peers tried to be there for Richard but he was a hard person to get alone with despite his evil ways. Richard III could have had a better life as a hero and not been characterized as the bad guy. He never wanted to be consider the hero because he was rich and powerful being that he was the king. He wanted to make sure he was killing everyone off so that he can stay sitting on the throne. When you a king you don’t want no one else to take your position. Some people become jealous and go on a really bad rage like Richard. Richard although he seems even somewhere had to have a heart of love. But, he didn’t want to show it.
