Xerox Corporation is an American multinational document management corporation that produces and sells a range of color and black-and-white printers, multifunction systems, photo copiers, digital production printing presses, and related consulting services and supplies. Xerox Corporation provides a portfolio of business process and information technology (IT) outsourcing support, document technology and solutions. Through the Company's business process and IT outsourcing it offers global services from claims reimbursement and electronic toll transactions to the management of human resource (HR) benefits and customer care centers to the operation of a company's technology infrastructure. The Company operates in three business segments: Services, Technology and Other. Its Services segment consists of business process outsourcing (BPO), information technology outsourcing (ITO) and document outsourcing (DO). Technology includes the sale of products and supplies, as well as the associated technical service and financing of those products. Xerox today manufactures and sells a wide variety of office and production equipment including LCD Monitors, photo copiers, Xerox Phaser printers, multifunction printers, large-volume digital printers as well as workflow software under the brand strategy of Free Flow. Xerox sells both color and black and white printers under the Xerox Phaser and ColorQube brand and also produces fax machines, professional printers, black and white copiers, and several other products.
