Meet and Welcome Visitors in a Business Environment
1.1 Visitor Sign-In: Gresham Blake needs to maintain records of who is present on site at all times. Visitors must sign in at the front desk when they arrive on campus. They must sign out upon leaving Gresham Blake. It is imperative that all visitors follow this procedure so that Gresham Blake staff is aware of who is in-store in the event of an emergency.
Following Staff Instructions: In the event of a fire for example, visitors must follow whatever an employee says.
Data stored on Gresham Blake computers is considered to be Gresham Blake property. Gresham Blake proprietary data, software and other work product should not be taken off-site without the approval of Gresham or Fal. Video Surveillance Visitors need to be aware that video cameras are recording activities throughout the Gresham Blake store 24 hours a day and evidence of any illegal activities may be shared with the proper authorities.
Smoking and Tobacco Products: Gresham Blake is a non-smoking, non-tobacco product environment. Smoking and the use of all tobacco products is strictly not permitted on site. E-Cigarettes are however permitted. If you would like to smoke you need to go outside for it.
Alcohol and Drugs: The use of illegal drugs is not permitted at Gresham Blake. The use of alcohol will only be permitted at Gresham Blake during sanctioned events that are approved by Fal or Gresham in advance. Otherwise, the use of alcohol at Gresham Blake is not permitted.
Weapons: Weapons are not permitted at Gresham Blake. The possession of weapons will only be permitted if it is for the use of a photo shoot.
Fire Alarms: In the event of a fire alarm everyone in the building must gather outside and away from the building.
Pets at Gresham Blake: Pets are allowed in the store
When dealing with visitors they are greeted warmly by the shop floor staff and are asked how they can be helped. All enquiries are dealt with immediately.
