Research Problems are: Find out the people perception and awareness about Heulla. Identify the buyer’s behaviour towards online ticket providers. Who are the market competitors working in same business?
Huella would need to know the key reason that’s not letting people to switch over from the conventional brick and mortar agents to the online ticketing system. Q.2 Imagine you as a research manager.
