Q.1 Define the management problem and the research problem. Identify the information that Huella needs to achieve its goals. Ans. The management problems are:   To increase Huella’s market visibility To increase Huella’s customer base. To increase its profitability.

Research Problems are:   Find out the people perception and awareness about Heulla. Identify the buyer’s behaviour towards online ticket providers. Who are the market competitors working in same business?

Huella would need to know the key reason that’s not letting people to switch over from the conventional brick and mortar agents to the online ticketing system. Q.2 Imagine you as a research manager. Develop a research proposal for Huella based on the quantitative approach. Particularly include the following in the proposal: a. Sampling – Sampling units, sample size and structure, sampling method b. Methodology – Research technique Ans. 2. Sample size should be around 5000.
