Konstruktionsphasen

Unterschied Aufgabe/Problem * Bei einem Problem sind der gewünschte Endzustand sowie die Anforderungen zu deren Bewältigung, wie Methoden und Mittel unbekannt. * Bei einer Aufgabe sind der Anfangszustand und der gewünschte Endzustand sowie die Anforderungen zu deren Bewältigung, wie Methoden und Mittel bekannt.

Konstruktionsarten * Neukonstruktion: Bei einer Neukonstruktion muss der Konstrukteur auf Basis einer Problemstellung/Zielsetzung ein Produkt völlig neu konzipieren, entwerfen und technisch ausarbeiten. * Variantenkonstruktion: Bei einer Variantenkonstruktion muss der Konstrukteur auf Basis vorhandener Produkte, weitere neue Varianten entwickeln, die sich bei gleicher Grundgeometrie im Wesentlichen durch unterschiedliche Abmessungen kennzeichnen. * Anpassungskonstruktion: Bei einer Anpassungskonstruktion werden vorhandene Bauteile oder Produkte an neue oder geänderte Anforderungen angepasst. Dabei können gegebene Konstruktionen geändert oder auch ergänzt werden.

Technische Systeme * Technische Systeme (Produkte) sind künstlich erzeugte geometrisch stoffliche Gebilde, die einer bestimmten Funktion dienen und mehrere spezifische Eigenschaften aufweisen. * Maschinen sind technische Systeme, deren primärer Zweck es ist, Energie in irgendeiner Weise umzusetzen und/oder einen Energiefluss zu ermöglichen z.B. Motor, Turbine * Geräte sind technische Systeme, deren primärer Zweck es ist, Informationen bzw. Daten in irgendeiner Weise umzusetzen und/oder einen Datenfluss zu ermöglichen
z.B. Fernseher, EDV-Anlagen * Apparate sind technische Systeme, deren primärer Zweck es ist, Stoffe in irgendeiner Weise
