Review of Literature A cold is a contagious virus respiratory infection that mainly affects the nose. Because it mainly affects the nose, you all know that one feeling while you have a cold that's in your nostrils. You know, the one where it feels like your nose is clogged up, and no matter how hard you blow on a tissue, nothing comes out, and the clogged up feeling is still there. Because of this, you can’t breathe as well and easily. The reasoning behind this is because of irritated blood vessels, and the irritated vessels can trigger a cold. Well, now you can say no more. My invention, Kryo Gripi, can easily solve this problem for anyone struggling.

One way, and usually the first way a cold begins, you can tell that you will be catching a cold is when your throat starts getting sore. The reasoning behind getting a sore throat before catching the cold is because you will catch a bacterial infection called “pharyngitis”. This is caused by toxins that were produced by the bacteria, and the toxins and bacteria start multiplying. Another symptom that you might get before you catch a cold is having a runny nose. During the first couple of days, the runny nose will produce clear and watery mucus, but as the cold gets worse, the mucus will start thickening up, and the mucus will turn darker. The reasoning behind this is that your body will start producing more mucus so that it can try to keep out as many germs as possible from going into your lungs and into the rest of the body. If the germs get into the rest of your body, you will get even more sick. One final symptom of a cold is constant coughing. You cough while you have a cold because when you cough, the coughs try to get out all the germy mucus out of your lungs. These coughs will usually be wet …show more content…
By learning about some of the treatments that can make you feel better while you have a cold, I learn more about how to make my product more effective, and make the user of my product feel more better while having their cold. The main method I used with my product is the method with the warm drinks and room. As I learned more about that method, I found it to be the best method to use on my product, since it eases congestion and increases mucus flow in your body and lungs, and how my product takes place mainly in the nose, where it is mainly congested, can ease the mucus that is congested in the nose. I also had to learn about how a common cold could affect you, and where it can mostly affect you, so I can see where I can use my product mostly at. The main reason I did my invention and why I did research on this is because this is a problem I usually loathe, and I’m sure many other people agree with me, dealing with. When I have a cold, I have a lot of trouble sleeping at night because I try to breathe, but my congested nose, of course, doesn’t allow me to sleep, and makes me feel like I never took a breath of air in my life. I think that my invention would help me deal with this problem, and that it would make an impact in the health industry. In my opinion, I would think that Kryo Gripi would help out tons of people feel better, and

The reason why the montgomery bus boycott affected the 1950’s is that this boycott stopped segregation on buses. This affected the decade because after the bus boycott ended after 13 long months the white people actually started treating the black people like actual people and not just throwing them around. Also when this boycott ended the black people were allowed to sit on the bus wherever they want and they don't have to give up their seat to a white person if they don't want to. When rosa parks was arrested she had one phone call to make and she made it to Martin Luther King Jr. which he made a big speak about how he had a dream that one day the white people and black people would all be together with no issues, and it became famous and…

My first encounter with this 21-year-old male’s case made me initially think “influenza”, but many diseases start with flu-like symptoms, for example, the quintessential sore throat and dry cough. The person of interest was probably thinking it is just a cold plus I have that exam to study for. As time went by the symptoms progressed, which finally forced him to visit the campus clinic. The 21-year-old male college student has now developed a productive cough, a headache, a runny nose, a fever, and general weakness all over his body. The thought of “it’s just a cold” turns out to be much greater than expected. The result is pneumonia.…

But if you or someone in your family gets sick, how do you determine if it’s merely a cold or a more serious case of influenza? Knowing that there is nothing doctors can do to treat the common cold, most of us resist spending the time and money on an office visit. For the flu, however, prompt treatment with antiviral medications is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to deter complications that could result in hospitalization.…

    Kolaveri Di - Viral Mktg

Kolaveri Di is fast becoming a case study on how viral marketing can create a cult following for a product. Shelly Walia analyses the strategy that went into making this song an instant hit. It’s a classic case of ‘viral marketing’ gone wild, says brand expert Harish Bijoor about the far-reaching impact of the song Why this Kolaveri Di. This quirky Tanglish (a portmanteau for Tamil and English) number, which became an instant hit as soon as it was digitally released by Sony Music India in the second week of November, has now entered the lexicon of one and all. Three weeks on, the song has received a whopping 19 million hits on YouTube, has been on the playlist of 43 radio stations across India and has been ‘shared’ by over 6.5 million Facebook users. However, according to actor, lyricist and singer Dhanush, one shouldn’t take the song so seriously. “What probably made the song connect with the masses were the simple English words that are the part of every language,” he says. But Bijoor believes that there is a little more to the success of the song than just the simplicity of the lyrics. “The song, undoubtedly, has a rustic touch to it that appeals to the base instinct of masses. However, at the same time what boosted the song’s popularity is the consumer-to-consumer technique, rather than the marketer-to-consumer one. Moreover, geography is history now. The digital world allows access to everyone.” Along with its social media agency, Jack in the Box, Sony Music India marketed the song in phases. The song was first showcased for a Tamil audience and was then gradually taken to national and international levels. “We first posted the song on our Sony Music south pages on Facebook as well as on Twitter which are followed by lakhs of people. Through word-of-mouth, we tried to spread awareness about the song and get as many fans. After the…
