Project Scope
Kudler Fine Foods is determined to implement a frequent shopper program throughout its three stores in La Jolla, Del Mar and Encinitas. The enhancement will involve a system upgrade to track information on purchases and gather points that can be redeemed for discounts on select items and news on new products. The marketing department will be able to use the information to provide items that are preferred by customers and also create alliances with vendors to provide better products, services and rewards for Kudler Fine Food customers. The project is intended to increase profits and customer loyalty. The project scope will include but not be limited to:
An evaluation of the current process must be conducted
Evaluate the economical, operational, technical, schedule, legal and contractual, and the political feasibility of the frequent shopper project
Implementation of the frequent shopper program
Evaluate needs of software and hardware purchasing
Build relationships with Vendors and Suppliers
Provide points, specials on new items and upcoming events
The end result of the project is to provide increased sales, profits and customer loyalty
