First glancing over the Königsbräu-TAK case many thoughts arose about how to increase efficiency, streamline business, create better relations, in and out of the work place, and resolve the problem of the Commercial Department Director, Dimitri Brodsky. Brodsky had a multitude of social and management issues when it came to Königsbräu-TAK. Discussed throughout the paper below we outline the issue and support our thoughts with theories discussed upon in class. We formulated a series of potential recommendations the firm can take in response to losing profits due to Brodsky’s poor management style. We applied applicable theories to support how these actions can benefit the firm and Brodsky as a whole. We aimed to take an atypical approach at resolving the issues of the business in hopes to find a solution that hasn’t yet been derived upon. By using this approach we were able to compile a list of various ideas and resolutions. We believe that we have come to a conclusion that can appropriately and effectively solve the issues within the Königsbräu-TAK Company. We have attempted to identify the problem and create a series of implementations for the firm to streamline efficiency, while creating new business relationships and generating profit. Using reward programs, motivational pitches and creating a support group to help Brodsky streamline and organize his work can prove to be the difference that Königsbräu-TAK is looking to achieve.
