Abstract: The development of web application as per the customer requirements within the given timeframe is very important these days. Due to increase competition and better service providers, it is now a challenging job for a mid-size software company to maintain the overall quality of the software product. As customer requirement tends to change while the software product is being developed, it is really difficult to cater all the requirements without changing the project schedule. To overcome this issue, many organizations are now shifting to Agile for software development. This development method is focused on object oriented development method. It provides simple process, short iterative cycles, efficient modeling. Distinct features of this method such as it is based on the different feature of the software product, features can be categorized in hierarchy. A feature will be prioritize as per the customer requirement which needs to be developed in two week or less. To track feature development a template has to be prepared called as feature template. In the template entire list of features will be created ad its future plan for development.
SCRUM
Scrum is an agile process that allows us to focus on delivering the highest business value in the shortest time. It allows us to rapidly and repeatedly inspect actual working software (every two weeks to one month).The business sets the priorities. Our teams self-manage to determine the best way to deliver the highest priority features. Every two weeks to a month anyone can see real working software and decide to release it as is or continue to enhance for iteration.
