INTRODUCTION:
The unknown suspect(s) entered the business and stole gardening equipment in violation of PC 459-Commericial Burglary.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
La Loma Development Company located at 1355 Lincoln Avenue.

LOSS:

• (2) Honda Mowers (red/black/white in color)-worth $2400.00.
• (3) Echo Chain saws (orange in color)-worth $1500.00.
• (1) Echo Edger (orange in color)-worth $350.00.
• (2) Echo Weed Wackers (orange in color)-worth $500.00.
• (1) Echo Back Pack Blower (black/orange in color)-worth $450.00.

On 12-09-15 at 1635 hours, Officer Cass #2067 and I responded to La Loma Development Company located at 1355 Lincoln Avenue for a commercial burglary investigation. We met with receptionist

Quintero confirmed the gardening equipment was inside of the storage container before leaving. The storage container is located on the southwest portion of the business.

On Tuesday, 12-08-15 at approximately 0800 hours, Quintero was sitting at her desk and noticed the front vinyl fence along the concrete block wall had a three inch gap between the two walls. Quintero continued working and did not investigate the gap between the walls.

At approximately 1630 hours, Quintero walked to the orange storage container to conduct a weekly check of the gardening equipment. Quintero noticed several gardening equipment was missing from the container. Quintero immediately recalled the gap between the two fences that she saw earlier during the morning. Quintero noticed the plant containers along the walls were moved at the opening between the fences. Upon further investigation, Quintero saw that someone unscrewed the vinyl fence away from the block wall to gain entry into the business. Quintero walked outside of the business and noticed several tires marks on the west sidewalk on Lincoln Avenue, directly next to the walls that were separated by the unknown suspect(s).
