GREETINGS!!!

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Juaton will hold an Inter-Barangay Basketball Tournament as part of the celebration of the coming fiesta of the barangay. The tournament will have two divisions, namely; Barangay SK and Barangay Tanod Divisions.

As the Chairman on the Barangay Committee on Sports and in behalf of the members of the Sangguniang Kabataan of the barangay, I am inviting you to participate in whatever division you want to play.

The following are the necessary requirements for each division:

For the SK Division: 1. Birth Certificate – Original ( Note: Only those aged 21 years old and below is allowed to participate. 2. Registration Fee of _________________.

For the Tanod Division: 1. Appointment Letter signed by the Barangay Chairman – Original Copy 2. Registration Fee of __________________.

The following are the prizes for the said tournament:
