In keeping with original exterior body style of this American icon, the redesign captures the curvature with subtle softening of the contour. The front end design integrity has been protected by keeping the original round headlights inset into the grill. The integrity was also well maintained in providing the same style of tail light to match that of the older counterpart. Another aspect that has held the integrity of the original 1960’s model is performance. The performance of the 6.4 liter 470 horsepower 2010 model still provides the sought after horsepower of 1960’s model. This model also provides maximum acceleration in keeping with the older counterpart. In today’s times, the 2010 provides that same stigma as the older counterpart as the muscle care of this day and…

The 1920 's were a time where North America became modernized. Whether it was the music, the culture or the growth in technology, this time era is known to most people as the point where America advanced itself to become a world renowned country. An advancement that will be focused on is the Ford Model T. During this time owning a car was a symbol of wealth. Dodge Challenger

The Challenger was described in a book about 1960s American cars as Dodge's "answer to the Mustang and Camaro. It was one of two Chrysler E-body cars, the other being the slightly smaller Plymouth Barracuda. "Both the Challenger and Barracuda were available in a staggering number of trim and option levels" and were intended "to compete against cars like the Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang, and to do it while offering virtually every engine in Chrysler's inventory." However, the Challenger was "a rather late response to the ponycar wave the Ford Mustang had started." In his book Hemi Muscle Cars,Robert Genat wrote that the Challenger was conceived in the late 1960s as Dodge's equivalent of the Plymouth Barracuda, and that the Barracuda was designed to compete against the Mustang. The Barracuda was actually the first car in this sporty car segment by a few months, but was quickly overshadowed by the release of the segment defining Mustang (the segment being referred to as "Pony Car"). He added that Chrysler intended the new Dodge as "the most potent ponycar ever," and positioned it "to compete against the Mercury Cougar and Pontiac Firebird." Genat also noted that the "Barracuda was intended to compete in the marketplace with the Mustang and Camaro/Firebird, while the Dodge was to be positioned against the Cougar" and other more luxury-type musclecars.…

The competitive environment faced by Mercedes Benz is one filled with many different car manufactures and car models. Mercedes has several competitors in terms of price and quality on all of their product platforms. Historically, Mercedes biggest competitors have been Lexus, BMW, Audi, and Cadillac. The economic downturn coupled with the restructuring of domestic auto manufactures has shifted Mercedes competition. In recent years there is gaining popularity in domestic vehicles. Rather than just competing with luxury automobiles, Mercedes is now competing with newly designed domestic automobiles, including those manufactured by Jeep and Ford. These vehicles are listed at a slightly lower price point than most Mercedes but offer many of the same features and reliability once only offered by luxury brands. In addition to the initial cost savings of these domestic vehicles, regular service and maintenance is substantially lower than that of luxury vehicles. This competitive environment requires that Mercedes continue to manage costs for all new and existing products while upholding their long reputation of delivering quality products. It also requires that Mercedes consistently develop and introduce new products to stay current and suit changing markets.…

Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of working with Brady Sark, from chaperoning during Marching Band season to assisting him during the Indoor Percussion Ensemble competition season. And to say the least, there have been some memorable moments. Such as a few years ago in February, we endured two hours to and from Toledo on a bus with no heat. On another trip to Toledo, we witnessed Brady make an emergency purchase of a speaker, because ours had been borrowed and locked away by the Ticket to Broadway cast. Another time was at a North Royalton performance in January with heavy snowfall, the front ensemble equipment had to be pushed through unshoveled sidewalks just to get into the performance gymnasium. Then for the first performance this year for Indoor Percussion, finding out that everything we needed wouldn't fit into the equipment truck. Although, I have to say the best one was, in Wapakoneta for State Indoor Percussion competition, Brady insisted that we take the bus all the way across town for lunch at the Waffle House, just because Brady likes, Waffle House. By the way, did you know there are 47 other eating establishments in Wapakoneta to choose from? Some closer to the school? And after all of that, I find out from Brady that I am the Percussion Ensemble Representative, not the Drumline Representative. Oh well, how do you expect someone who was a brass player to understand that concept?…

The Tesla Roadster is valued at £87,945 with a £10,000 deposit, in comparison to other electric vehicles this can be seen as a fairly expensive, because of this price the Tesla Roadster would follow an inelastic demand curve where a change in price would not drastically affect the demand, this is because there is not a large range of alternatives consumers can choose from at this price range for electric vehicles. Willingness to pay and demand for the car are created through the advantages the car brings and the ethic the car promotes, value is also greatly added through the aesthetic, features and overall driving experience. The Tesla Roadster is an extremely environmentally friendly car, creating zero emissions with the ability to drive 245 miles per charge; it boasts lower costs in the long run with no road tax or parking costs.…
