Introduction
As today’s inventions became more high tech, the influence of such inventions to the people brought two classes. These are the good and bad influence. The bad influence is that young generation now become addict in an OL games and become lazy in doing home works and the like. While the good influence is that offices in many departments that use computerized system, their works become easier and faster since it eliminates the paper works and the workload of the employee too. Now, a most efficient, flexible and reliable system has become a must for any institution / organization. In order to achieve the improvement of the system that the department uses, the need to understand the system within the office is very important.
1.1 Background of the Study
Try to imagine a college department with a most umber of students but still use a manual enrollment system? Year 2000, the PLP was build and so the CCS. Before the only course offered in the said college was only BSIT and ACT. As the years passed by, the BSCs course was offered in CCS. Recently, CCS offered only BSIT and BSCS, since last year the school eliminates the 2-years course offered. The college of computer studies (CCS) is the only college here in PLPasig who has a most number of students among other colleges. Although the number of students increases, the system used in the college was still manual and it become more complicated in every enrollment. The only computerized part of the system was only the database of the students and still it was not enough.
