We use eyes so much and los most of my eyesight.In general,there are mainly solutions to help us see better which are contact lens and glasses.But,there is a solution that can solve its which is LASIK surgerry. Initially,LASIK surgery were developed in Columbia by the Spanish ophthalmologist,Jose Barraquer.In his clinic,he would cut thin flaps in the cornea to modify its shape.We also exemine how much of cornea had to be left unaltered in order to provide stable long-term results.This work was followed by the Russian,scientist,Svyatoslav Fyodorow,who developed the Radial keratotomy in the 1970s.In 1980, Rangaswamy Srinivisan discovered that an ultraviolet excimer laser could each living tissue,with precision and with no thernal damage to the surrounding area.Five years later, Steven Trokel published his work using the exicimer laser in radial keratotomy with his colleagues performed the first human VISX regractive laser eye surger. LASIK stands for Laser-Ssisted in situ Keratamileusis commonly referred to as laser eye surgery or laser vision correction.The procedure involves creating a thin flap on the eye,floading it to enable remodeling of the tissue with a laser and repositioning the flap.Patients wearing soft contact lenses are instructed to stop wearing them 5-21 days before surgery.The people want to do LASIK must be 18 and over.Before the surgery,the patient's conneas are xamined with expansion to measure their surface.Then,using low-power laser creates map of cornea.A soft corneal suction ring is applied to the eye.The second step uses an excimer laser to remodel the corneal stroma.After the laser has reshapped the layer,the LASIK flap is carefully repositioned over the treatment area.The flap remains in position by natural adhesion
