Freshman year was the year of starting a new chapter in my education with feeling of being much older and responsible for my actions, which would lead to consequences that can affect your future. As many of the students that started their high school without knowing what or who they wanted to be in the future, with that being said I haven’t really challenge myself to take higher level classes. That would give me a bigger opportunity to choose my school latter on. As a senior I feel much more responsibility and the steps that I take will resolve how my future will be. Most of all this year I had focused on getting into college and researching my major. In fact I will be the first in my family to get a major, even though I’m the youngest out of six children in my family. My family keeps me going when I’m close on giving up, they encourage me and tell me how proud they are that I decided to continue school and get a major. There is many things you can do after you graduating high school, slack off a year or so from school, get a job that gets you a decent amount of money, or just go further into studying and getting a degree. As for me I puffier to get done with school and get a career of my choice, knowing I have to do that job every single day to support myself financially I have to love what I do. That is why for me it’s hard to pick a career because I’m not one hundred percent sure if I’ll like what I will do, that’s why I take my time and research all about the job that got my attention. I want to be a role model for my Family and friends, as well as for my kids. I want people to come up to me and ask “how was my experience” I want to give people advice that I didn’t get from anybody. After I’ll graduate I will continue as a student at Everett Community College and then transfer to University, but witch one I have not chosen yet. I had thought of how will I pay for my education and of course there is many ways like scholarships, grants, student loans, financial aid or having your own job and paying for everything but this case is very expensive. I applied for many scholarships and financial aid I do most of what I can that is available for me right now that can help me in my future. I don’t want to be standing in the line on my way to do the last step and get my diploma thinking what I am going to do tomorrow or when new school year come. I want my last semester to be a like a relief and happiness of every think I have did to come to this moment. I want to know my next steps, having a backup plan if something goes wrong. This is very important because this is what your future depends on. “You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.” By Abraham Lincoln. Having my family right by me gives my hope and encouragement that I can something I have started to finish it. My mom always said to me that “I haven’t had an opportunity to get a higher level of education and we do, so don’t screw it and make your life easy latter on.” I honestly didn’t understand how can I screw my life, but after seeing my brother just give up so quickly his ability to learn supper quick that many people would want to have, he could have go very far in achieving great things in his life. My family had helped my somewhat to become a person who I am now. In many years from my graduation I want to remember how all my family surrounds me and looked at me and smileding proud of my achievement. When I start thinking if I wouldn’t have my family how would my life turn out. I start to cherish them more and more just the way they, know someday I will need their help and they will always have my back.

High school was my time to stop fooling around. The first day of high school, I awoke to the aroma of coffee brewing on the stove. As I get ready to head out my sister approached me, and told me “Education is the key that opens the door many possibilities you can be and do in your near future” I was so nervous the sweat started dripping from my palms, and I suddenly felt 15 degrees hotter. I was nervous, I knew this is the time to get serious. Immediately a thought came across “ how well I do these four years can affect my entire life”. At first high school might look like a time to have fun and have no worries, which was my initial thought. Later on you start to realize that you need work hard. I thought “How would my future look? I don’t want to end up hopelessly. I want to make something of myself. Sometimes it can be hard though. I just have to work through the pain. Meaning of Life

Through one question I realized this great truth: what do you want to be when you grow up? For the longest time, I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up. What did it matter to me anyway? I was a kid (well, I suppose I still am) and didn’t like any of the generic jobs they told us about in elementary school. Police force, teachers, fireman, none of them interested me. Then, in middle school, my life changed, a lot. I got completely new friends, after the old ones left me behind. I slowly started to become more and more enclosed, I spent most of my time out of school alone. As I developed into this over-dramatic teenage state, life suddenly became meaningless. I would often find myself sitting bored in my room, mindlessly surfing the internet or playing videogames. I slowly started to hate it; it was like I could feel my brain melting inside my head. I needed to find a more constructive hobby, and so I found myself musical instruments and started creating more and more music every day.…

My senior year started off just like in movies I was the star football player that got everything handed to him. I made good grades; all of my teachers liked me. Basically, life was great. Things slowly started to change and they all hit at the same time. My teachers stopped letting me get away with turning in work late and being late to class. My parents stopped giving me money and told me I would have to get a job. I always thought jobs were pointless you bust your tail to receive minimum wage plus I was in football season so I surely wasn’t getting a job. These things started to get to…

Once I am out of the house, living on my own and experiencing new thing; I know that I will have to make some changes to my daily life if I was to juggle the tasks presented. I know I will have to improve my time management and organizational skills but I believe those things will be very doable. Since my freshmen year, I know I have changed in many different ways. I am able to handle a greater work load, defiantly less shy, and have a better idea of what’s on in both the school and around the world. Now comparing my junior year self to my senior year self, I see few yet significate changes. Last year, I was focused but at a different level that I am this year. A majority of my focus senior year has been spent trying to get into colleges, complete scholarships, and try not to completely stress out! Last year, my focus was more on my schoolwork and less on my life outside of high school. Although, senior year I still have been focused on schoolwork a majority of it has been on my online college…

As a senior, things in my life have changed drastically. I now know what is important in life and I try to live life by those things. Throughout the years, I have discovered what matters and what doesn’t, thus creating or confirming my values. Being a senior, I have a much better concept of who I want to be rather than when I was a freshman. Secondly, as senior, I am expected to know life plans. The thought of a future college or job is no longer bizarre, but is actually expected. Now instead of stressing about a biology project, I find myself worried about what is to come in the next several years. This has probably been the most substantial difference in my life between freshman and senior year; the mindset and focus. As a senior, I now spend most of time trying to figure out my future. While as a freshman, I was caught up in the here and now. Lastly, a difference in my life as a senior is the concept of time. Looking back at my high school experience, it is so evident just how fast time really goes. High school seems as if it just flew by. All the years have run together, and I have found myself wondering where the time has gone. These people that have spent everyday with for the last four years suddenly have become people who I may never see again after this…
