This manuscript is an output of an endeavor to critically review the situation of Non communicable situation in Bangladesh and to reduce the risk factors of it using E-Health as an intervention tool. This paper is done for Qualitative Research Methodology course. We wish to express our gratitude from the core of our heart to our supervisor, our course instructor Mohammed Abdul Baten , Adjunct Faculty of the department of Development Studies for his constructive instruction, proper guidance as well as endless inspiration and encouragement to prepare this paper and also for suggesting about the guideline. We believe that without his kind cooperation the report would not see the face of light and all my efforts would go into vain.
