Lava Bed National Park Benefits
A field trip to Lava Beds National Park would be a splendid opportunity. There are a plethora of advantages for the students and even teachers. The learning, social, and cultural benefits are a plenty. The eighth grade deserves this trip on behalf of the amazing grades, attendance, and behavior. Most likely the parents of students will agree to letting their child go on a trip.

The first advantage I'm going to discuss is social. Young teens crave social experiences, that's how they learn morals and more about themselves and others. This could be an eye opener for some students who need that extra social time. Some students need some good memories to replace past bad ones. This trip would obviously be a great social experience for anyone

Canadian society continues to become more diverse in needs and cultural ideals, and throughout this transition PSAC must modify their perspectives and missions to suit the needs of the group. Travel and working abroad are becoming more popular as the younger generation enters the workforce. Post-secondary institutions endorse travel and studying in other countries however many students are reluctant to pay for the rising travel and education costs. Instead, individuals plan to travel after finishing their degree or course. As a first year student I have heard pros and cons to both experiences, however the majority of students who waited until the end of…

Lava Beds National Monument is contemplated as California's "best kept secret." This notion does not come without reason. The secluded park acquires a small estimated number of 130,000 visitors each year. When compared to Yosemite National Park's 4 million annually visits, National Lava Beds National Monuments appears as a deserted spot overshadowed by its similar neighbor. For this reason, Lava Beds National Monument would make the ideal destination for a field trip. Granted, Lava Beds National Monument being depleted of visitors may not be enough to persuade our principal, who takes their job very seriously, to approve a field trip to the same park. Fortunately, this is not the only reason as to why our principal should approve a field…

We learned how people in the poverty lived. This learning experienced opened up new opportunities and chances to help people in need, Lots of people all over the world are in poverty and have a difficult time finding jobs. These people have families they need to care for, however if they do not even have a sufficient home that can keep them safe, it is very difficult to do this. This experience was meaningful to me in the sense that there are people like me that are fortunate to have a safe home and live a life where I have two parents that have jobs and care for me. Not everyone has that. This learning experience has made me strive to do more for my community and the rest of society by helping those in need in any way possible. I really would like to visit Lava Beds National monument located in northeastern California. It holds many new learning experiences, many new sights to see, and possibly might change their career. A surreal landscape sculpted by molten earth, Lava Beds National Monument contains volcanic tablelands punctuated by cinder cones and spatter cones, plus more than 700 caves. These strange features were formed when the outer edges of flowing lava began to cool, forming tubes. When molten lava stopped flowing, hardened tubes were left behind. This opportunity would be a great chance for students to learn and grow.…

Many argue if there should be travel sports. Both are great ways to learn, but travel sports will bring kids game to the next level. Travel sports bring families closer in ways that recreational sports could never do. Also, travel sports expose kids to other cultures and languages. Finally, travel sports teach people more than just about that sport which is not provided in recreational sports because of the extremely short seasons.…

Increase in self-efficiency for students because they learn that they can all make a difference in what they do, “Can-do-attitude.” Additionally students will increase their problem-solving skills, while volunteering students will run into problems that requires the use of their brain to solve. To my way of thinking, CS has many advantages. To begin with, it is cheaper than the traditional ways of travel. In our youth, we usually want more experiences and adventures. But as college students, we don’t have much budget for our travel. Luckily, we can choose CS. We sleep at the hosts’ couches (sometimes they’ll provide a bed), and it is totally free of charge. Thus we can go to the places we never thought we could afford to. Furthermore, CS can not only broaden one’s horizon by travel but also it contributes to let one makes more friends from all over the world by chatting with them. It is mutual, and both the travelers and the hosts can benefit from it. They get to know people in other parts of the world and many different cultures. Moreover, CS is a true social network; it is real and it provides us a platform to understand the true spirit of travel --- that is to connect with nature and the people there and share.…
