The contract is the special document demanding careful development, acceptance and the control over observance of its conditions. As a rule, contracts consist when planned mutual relations of participants have long-term character. This long term can concern both to the process of interaction, and to those consequences for participants who can come as a result of realization of this interaction. In the contract the subject of the contract, a duty and the right of participants, term during which the parties should carry out of the obligations are reflected. The private enterprise depends on the conventional law which allows participants to generate a validity of agreements. " The “Contract Creation and management " modeling enables students to create a trunk-call position, to argue executions of the contract, and to change the existing contract, to prevent potentially destructive business disputes.
