Executive summary
With the help of management practices of the organization it shows how effectively & efficiently WildTeam-Noazesh Knowledge Center is doing their tasks according to the targeted mission & vision. Their managers are so well qualified with various factors such as Leadership, Motivation, Planning, Organizing, and Leading & Controlling. Especially in their trips outside of Dhaka they try to implement theirs skills, knowledge & static strategy very efficiently. As a team, we learnt & experienced a well maintained management practice throughout the whole company. Employee preferences are highly appreciated, this is one of the best terms of the Noazesh Knowledge Center. All types of people including various fields of occupation, they go over there for one and only purpose and that is the innate love of nature & animal.
