In today’s world leadership is playing a very distinguished role. Leadership word itself describes its value and gives its importance. Some important features are as follows:

Manchester United:
Manchester United Football Club is an English professional football club in Stretford, Greater Manchester. The club currently plays in the Premier League, of which it was a founding member in 1992, and has competed in the UEFA Champions League every year since the 1996–97 season. Founded as Newton Heath LYR Football Club in 1878, the club changed its name after coming close to bankruptcy in 1902, ten years after joining The Football League and six years before its first league title. In 1968, under the management of Matt Busby, Manchester United was the first English football club to win the European Cup, just 10 years after the Munich air disaster that claimed the lives of eight of its players. With anywhere between 75 and 333 million supporters worldwide, Manchester United is a global brand valued by Forbes magazine at $285 million. The club is said to be worth £1.19 billion, making it the most valuable football club in the world. The club has won following titles:

Alex Ferguson Alex Ferguson is the most successful manager in the club's history, having won 26 major honours since he took over in November 1986.
