You have secured a work experience placement with a local police force (or other Public Service). The HR manager is currently reviewing the induction programme for new employees and is aware that you have practical experience and knowledge of team leading through studying the BTEC National in Uniformed Public Services. They have asked you to help prepare training materials on team leadership.
